After many years of advanced training in developed countries, MSc. MD. Phan Hoang Hai witnessed how highly realistic 3D prosthetic eyes created through advanced technologies and techniques could help people with eye loss regain confidence and return to a normal life.

With the belief that Vietnamese people also deserve such life-changing solutions, after years of research and technology transfer, Vietnam Prosthetic Eye Center was established in 2018 with advanced technologies, specialized techniques, and a deeply dedicated ocular rehabilitation team.
